Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. You must initiate the return process within 30 days of receiving your order. If the item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately to discuss your options. Items that have been altered or customized are not eligible for return.

Return Shipping Costs

Refund Processing Time

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different one, you must return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
